Put the file ExtrudeKeepSubdiv.zsc into Program Files\Pixologic\ZBrush 20XX\ZStartup\ZPlugs64 and restart Zbrush.

I mainly use it for clothing work in ZBrush — it saves a lot of time and fits perfectly into my production pipeline. Highly recommended!

The idea and the plugin would be great. Unfortunately, it’s unusable, because the moment I apply it to my retopo clothing, it breaks the UVs I’ve already created. For me, the program is unusable in its current state. It really needs a button to preserve and maintain the existing UVs — the plugin only reflects this halfway.
