This tutorial is outstanding in that, instead of covering the same spectrum of topics that every other tutorial on art fundamentals does, it instead goes into one rule (the rule of threes) and goes into the topic IN-DEPTH. After talking us through a demo of building us several examples in 2D, these are further taken to 3D, too! Crafting it with extrusions and boolean operations was genius because it kept us thinking about -shapes- rather than getting lost in the technical aspects of modeling, which is a huge problem of mine. It may use 3DCoat and Keyshot but the techniques are software-agnostic. Honestly, even though I have a good grounding in fundamentals this was a treat to watch and I wish I'd done it before. It was easy to follow and made a really good "listen to something while you work" tutorial. Recommended!
