The topology is good low poly work. I would give this a higher rating, but the included obj is not manifold geometry so I had to spend time to make it a single mesh in order to get any use out of it. The FBX is solid, but the artist really should have checked to make sure of it before posting it. If it was just one or two face groups I wouldn't bother but it was enough work to make an issue of it.
