Blender file does not work because the appended PSDs in it are located in your D:\Projects\Market Sales\Folds\Upload\Blender\Alphas\Stitch16.PSD directory. Which, apparently, were not packed into the .blend file properly. Hence, you have to manually assign alpha yourself to every brush. Which is tedious. update Creator quickly fixed the issue and updated the files.
