Detective Office

This is a noir theme environment that shows a detective office on a rainy night with exterior design.
The assets can be used for office creations and simple outdoor views.

Notes:

This is an Unreal Engine .uproject file created with UE 4.19 version and it's including all the presented assets in the pictures plus the showcase map.
All of the source FBX and TGA files are included.

Some textures are using Procedural workflow, you will need a substance plugin for ue4 in order to get it working, you can download it from Epic Games launcher.
