Players can browse available properties through an in-game real estate website accessible from their cellphone, where they can explore listings, preview interior images, and decide which properties best suit their needs before making a purchase. 

The system supports ownership of multiple properties, allowing players to purchase a single house or build an entire portfolio as long as they have sufficient funds available. Once a property is purchased, a visual marker appears at the entrance, indicating ownership and granting access to the interior whenever the player chooses to enter. 

To support the purchasing process, the system includes a currency and ATM feature, allowing players to deposit and withdraw funds while ensuring that property purchases are completed directly through the player’s bank account for a more realistic experience. 

To preserve progression, a save system is included, allowing players to travel between houses or levels without losing ownership data, purchased properties, or financial progress.
