This 3D kitbash asset pack contains 10 original designs of gothic-style waterspout gargoyles, based on real-life references, and created using: Zbrush (for initial high-poly sculpting), Blender (for manual retopology and UV unwrapping), Adobe Substance 3D Painter (for baking and texturing).
Although they were specifically designed and follow the PBR, low-poly standards for use in Game Engines, such as Unreal or Unity, they can also be used with no issues in:
- Extended Reality environments (i.e. AR / MR / VR)
- ArchViz / CAD projects
- 3D Printing
- Cinematics & Rendering
PURCHASE OPTIONS:
BASIC COMMERCIAL LICENSE : Includes finalized models in .blend, .FBX and .OBJ formats, and material PNG textures in 2K resolution.
EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE : Includes finalized models in .blend, .FBX and .OBJ formats, Zbrush .ZTL with UV based assigned polygroups and 6 levels of subdivision, an extra .blend file with all models as marked assets for use across projects via the Blender Asset Browser, tertiary details extracted from an additional 7th level of subdivision in Zbrush for additional texturing/sculpting customization, and material PNG textures in 2K & 4K resolution.
Models in this collection can be examined further and/or purchased individually in all major online marketplaces (e.g. 3DExport, CGTrader, Cubebrush, Sketchfab, Turbosquid etc.)
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Some projects require an even lower polygon count in order for things to run smoothly. All models can be unsubdivided at least once, to access the original retopo mesh. In that case, however, the UVs provided may not work with the existing textures and need to be re-applied.
-
Polygons are all Quads, with strategically placed loops, which, in theory, means the assets can also be used for Rigging and Animation. Keep in mind, however, that “movement” may be limited to certain parts of the mesh (e.g. head, neck, and in some cases the limbs and wings).
