4/5. It comes with eye planes that are both good for testing out the visuals and rendering out textures for later use, customization options are nice, and the fact that it supports textures for the irises, pupils, and possible sclera make it well worth the purchase in my opinion. I may not use the dedicated eye meshes that come with the program for my own game but the texture node is still worth the price of admission. The only downside was that there was a particular type of eye I wanted to build out, a pearly sapphire blue color with a gradient pupil that expands through most of the eye and spreads outward to look something like a gemstone. I regret to inform that I don't think it's possible with the default setup and, if it is, I haven't worked it out yet unless it requires a custom texture. If it does, then you can bump my rating up by .5 stars. But otherwise, it's a 4 mainly as it's not as universally customizable as I liked within just the nodes. Still worth the purchase though.

Very unique and interesting shader. The iris gradient control is very nice and beautiful! Here are some requests It would be nice if there was an option to draw a line around the edge of the iris. (color, thickness, blur). Also, it would be nice to be able to turn the highlight on and off. And it would be better if the two highlights could be controlled independently. The two highlights could be controlled independently, especially since the lower highlight is often colored or blurred.
