Works great, thank you. Tested on Substance Painter 10.1.2 (Nov 28 2024)
Apparently there is an import bug in my version of Substance Painter.
If someone gets the error, "This cannot be imported as a 'preset'"
Try manually putting the files in your directory;
Documents\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter\assets\presets\tools
