I just saw a good reviews about this tutorial and I'm really disappointed. The whole process in Substance Designer was a bad as hell. You will not have any resources, you need to guess what node was used in graph because he zoom out, fast clicking and changing things. The journey with this one was a really horrible. I don't know how peoples rate it so high. This tutorial is made by creator for himself not for share knowledge. Zero preparation on how to share knowledge.

Hi, I'm really sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience with the content. I'm more than happy to offer a refund if you feel the tutorial didn’t meet your expectations—just reach out to me. For some context: I mention in the tutorial that the focus was on a conceptual and macro approach to vegetation creation—understanding what makes a good tree and how to approach that using SpeedTree. I intentionally didn’t go into technical details in tools like Substance Designer to keep the tutorial broad and not overly tied to one specific asset. Regarding the resources: I’ve had others ask about the pine needle textures, so I’ll add those Substance Designer graphs to the files soon. Unfortunately, I can’t share other resources due to copyright restrictions from SpeedTree and Quixel, which don’t allow redistribution of their content. Again, I’m sorry the experience didn’t meet your needs, and feel free to reach out if you'd prefer a refund. Cheers, Daniel Peres

It is not properly explained how to do what in Photoshop, there is no reference image assigned to the course, etc.

Terrific tutorial. Such in depth explanation of how to approach the building of vegetation for games with a very clear explanation of the entire pipeline followed to create the game ready asset. This really helped me understand game folliage on a whole new level.

This is nice , some really good advice. Be aware that it's orientated completely towards speedtree

I found the tutorial useful in some areas and it was good to see your workflow for the materials. Unfortunately this tutorial is already a little out of date as it was made in Speedtree 8 and only covers importing into UE4. I'd love to see an update or future tutorial that covers the .sp9 format and UE5 workflow.

I really liked that Tutorial. It is extremely helpful and a really interesting approach to Foliage Creation in SpeedTree. Personally, I wish there was a bit more Focus on the whole Substance Designer Topic (Blending everything together, Bark Creation, and better Breakdown). But besides that, good work. Totally worth the money. I would say, it could be more expensive.

Worth the Price. If you are a beginner at vegetation creation, this course is best for you.
