Free template - contract frame for work agreement

Today I want to talk with you a thing or two about contracts. Because it's kind of a bad place in this industry. Big corporations employ an army of lawyers to devise malicious contracts that give them the upper hand in any situation.

I signed a few of those myself, and I got slapped on my face. Only I know how much I cried in the bathroom. Because artists are sensitive like that. And when you put your soul and hands out there for sale and when someone takes you for a fool, and stomps you, and robs you of your hard-earned money and time, it hurts. Really bad :(.

I'm gonna try to give you a tool in order to protect yourself. 

It is a frame contract template mostly made by me. Feel free to download it and change it to your heart desires. It took a while to study and learn how to devise a good contract for my studio. Before I had my own I signed all sorts of bad contracts provided by others.
If you go to a lawyer he will ask you a hefty sum for making this for you.(not to mention most of them have little art / gaming industry knowledge)
I am giving it away for free, because I want to make this industry a better place.

I use it with most of my clients. I tinkered and improved it over the years, and it served me well. Having a nice contract makes clients that don't wanna pay think twice before scamming you.

Goes without saying - it is in English, if you want it in other language, you need to translate it.
