Thatch House  

A traditional African style house with an enterable interior. Works great in any modern game engine or for rendering purposes. Please not one material uses an alpha mask so a diffuse texture with an alpha and an alpha cut-out mask have been provided so you can achieve this effect regardless of the program used.

Textures are in 4096x4096 resolution and include:

• Diffuse/Base colour (with alpha for transparency)
• Normal map 
• Ambient Occlusion
• Roughness
• Alpha mask

Unity and Unreal packages include drag and drop prefabs with packed textures.
