Create Primitive at Selection Toolbox for Maya - Free Update 7
I've updated the Create Primitive at Selection Toolbox "CPAS" to be able to create a primitive at each selected component and make those primitives instances. I've also added pivot point at corner for all 4 corners and fixed the annoying freeze transform node that gets added when you choose pivot positions other than center. See below for full release notes.

NEW FEATURES IN THIS RELEASE:
-Updated the tool so if you have multiple faces, edges, or verts selected it will add an primitive to each component.
-Added a checkbox to create instances when creating multiple objects at the same time, the first instance is created at the world origin for your convenience.
-Added a checkbox for pivot at corner for all 4 corners. Pivot checkboxes correspond to pivot corners in the top view camera when Maya is set to Y up.
-Fixed a bug where if you had multiple objects, groups, or locators selected the tool would fail. It now creates a primitive at each selected transform.

-Fixed a bug where the move tool axis would get set to component.
-Changed the default name a group is created with from null1 to group1.
