The designs are alright but a lot of the models have messy topology (z fighting polys on the underside on at least several of them). May need to fix these models to be manifold due to the topology issues.

I am very disappointed with this product. If you want to do quality work, this product should be avoided at all costs. It's just a mess of poorly made polygons resulting in a mediocre outcome.

Files seem broken. Maya hangs when trying to open. Others seem to also have issues. Basically unusable...can't open any of them.

Very good for high density look a like cities, I just wish it could have a couple of skycrapers, best thing is that they are pretty detailed even for close ups

Files don't work in blender..

You have to save it in OBJ, otherwise you can't see the models in 3ds Max or Blender, everything is with errors. In general, 4 models are used, which vary among themselves in different proportions. It looks interesting in the picture, in fact it is boring and monotonous.
