License Agreement 

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

- Use the Asset for personal education and learning purposes
- Study, analyze, and experiment with the Asset in a non-commercial context
- Use the Asset in non-commercial personal projects not intended for public release

2. Restrictions

Licensee may not:

- Use the Asset in any commercial project, including but not limited to freelance work, advertising, games, virtual worlds, or production use
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the Asset in any form
- Publish, display, or promote the Asset or any derivative works as part of a portfolio, showcase, or product release
- Use the Asset in any AI training datasets or generative systems

3. Ownership

The Asset remains the sole property of the Licensor. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the Licensee.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if the Licensee fails to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the Asset.

5. Disclaimer

The Asset is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Licensor shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising from the use of the Asset.
