END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "Buyer") and the Author ("Seller") for the 3D asset package accompanying this license. By purchasing this asset, you agree to be bound by the terms of the specific license tier you have purchased.

1. LICENSE TIERS & PERMITTED USES

Depending on the price tier selected at purchase, your usage rights are granted as follows:

• STANDARD LICENSE ($35 Tier)

  • Permitted Use: Granted to a single individual for non-commercial personal projects, educational purposes, portfolio showcases, or non-monetized media.

  • Commercial Use: Strictly prohibited. You may not use this asset in any revenue-generating game, film, or advertisement.

• EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE ($70 Tier)

  • Permitted Use: Granted to an individual or small indie studio (up to 5 team members) for use in commercial projects (games, animations, cinematics, VR/AR, or advertisements).

  • Limitations: Restricted to a single commercial project with a lifetime revenue cap or project budget under $100,000 USD, or up to 10,000 distributed copies/sales of the final product.

• STUDIO / UNLIMITED LICENSE ($150 Tier)

  • Permitted Use: Granted to studios, entities, or companies with no team member or seat limitations. Unrestricted use across multiple commercial projects, games, films, or multimedia campaigns.

  • Limitations: No revenue cap, no production budget limit, and unlimited product distribution/sales.

2. GENERAL RESTRICTIONS (Applicable to All Tiers)

Regardless of the license tier purchased, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• No Redistribution: You may not sub-license, resell, share, gift, or redistribute the 3D model, textures, or source Substance Painter (.SPP) files in their original or modified forms as standalone assets, stock media, or part of a 3D asset library.

• No Extraction: The asset must be embedded/integrated securely within your software, game, or compiled project so that end-users of your product cannot easily extract the source 3D files.

• No NFT or AI Training: You may not use this asset, its renders, or its components for NFT (Non-Fungible Token) creation or as training data for generative Artificial Intelligence models.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Seller retains all copyrights, intellectual property rights, and ownership of the 3D model, textures, and associated source files. This agreement grants a usage license, not a transfer of ownership.

4. TERMINATION & LIABILITY

• Termination: This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the asset and destroy all copies in your possession.

• Liability: The asset is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. The Seller is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use this product.
