1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, you ("Licensee") are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the licensed photographs for commercial purposes as outlined below.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the licensed images to:

• Incorporate into commercial and client projects (e.g., games, illustrations, apps, marketing materials, design mockups)

• Integrate into derivative works (e.g., photobashing, matte paintings, 3D environments, textures)

• Use within studio workflows and pipelines

• Include in commercial products where the images are not the primary value (e.g., a game or template)

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the original image files in any form, whether standalone or as part of another asset pack

• Offer the files in any format where they can be extracted or reused by third parties (e.g., on stock sites or marketplaces)

• Claim the photographs as your own original work

4. Ownership

All photos remain the intellectual property of the creator, Pedram. You are purchasing the rights to use the images under the terms of this agreement — not ownership of the images themselves.

5. Non-Exclusive

This license is non-exclusive. The same image set may be licensed to other buyers.

6. Liability

The creator is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or misuse of the licensed materials.

7. Termination

If you breach the terms of this license, your rights to use the product will be terminated immediately, without refund.
