End-User License Agreement (EULA) for 3D Asset

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:

This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and us for the 3D asset identified above, which includes the digital files and associated documentation ("Asset").

BY DOWNLOADING, PURCHASING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE ASSET, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT USE THE ASSET.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Asset by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. PERMITTED USES

(a) You may use, modify, and incorporate the Asset into your projects for personal or commercial purposes.

(b) You may use the Asset in an unlimited number of end products intended for sale.

3. PROHIBITED USES

(a) You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or transfer the Asset as a standalone product.

(b) You may not resell, distribute, or make the Asset available in any way that allows others to download, extract, or access the original files.

(c) You may not use the Asset in a way that infringes upon the Licensor's intellectual property rights.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Asset is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Asset, including all copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE ASSET IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE ASSET, EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. TERMINATION

This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with this Agreement's term(s). Upon termination of the License, you must cease all use of the Asset and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Asset.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether oral or written, relating to the Asset.
