Perfectly suitable for 3d concepts, games and renders. 

File formats are .fbx, .obj and .blend.

All the models are baked from highpoly meshes and all have UV's 

There are +30 modular assets and 30 Temple assets in the pack. 

Textures are BaseColor, Normal and 2 texture types per model. 

Textures are 4096x4096 pixels. 

All models are lowpoly and gameready.

This pack looks amazing. The thumbnails honestly don't do it justice. I exported them from Blender for Unreal, and just dropping them into Unreal, they look so good right off the bat. Very detailed textures and solid modeling. Also, I asked the creator a question, and he responded really quickly.
