Split Lock

SplitLock slices any mesh into clean, watertight pieces and rebuilds the seam with a printable joint — so oversized minis, terrain and props fit your build plate and reassemble perfectly.

Draw a straight or curved line across your model from any angle and it splits into two solid halves. Then add the joint that suits the part: a dovetail, square,rectangle, or round/oval peg — with the fit dialled in for resin or FDM.

Requirements: Blender 4.2+ (tested on 5.1). Delivered as a Blender extension (.zip) — install from disk, enable, done.
