Looking for a modular kit you can use to create a wide variety of levels/environments? This kit has you covered. Primarily designed with a platformer in mind, these modular pieces are flexible and versatile enough to suit any level design needs. The logical origin points make snapping items together a simple process. The seamless textures help you refine the look of your models to suit your needs. 

You will find a complete Unreal Engine 5.4 project, ready to unzip and run to get you started within the engine on a clean new project file with the models and materials already setup for use!

Intricately detailed and richly varied, these models and textures are carefully crafted to be wholly unique from one another; you won't find a single roughness map copied for all materials, everything is hand-crafted for each model and texture! The set includes all you need to build a level, including walls, floors, a door and 2 sizes of staircase. The preset blueprints should help you jump right into level design!

Bundled in this kit is my Sci-Fi Materials Vol_00, with an additional few textures to boot! The same smart material setup is implemented here, meaning you can scale and offset your UVs with exceptional control. Wanna swap out the surface detail textures/roughness map for a Material? No problem! With exposed Material Instance variables, you can adjust everything from the colour of the models, to their metallic level, specular level, and much more!
