Onna-Musha | 2550+ Female Figure & Movement References

Onna-Musha  | 2550+ Female Figure & Movement References

Onna-Musha is a collection of 2550+ female figure references built around movement, balance, and natural body expression. The pack blends simple anatomy studies with more dynamic poses, offering everything from calm standing references to twisting, stretching, kneeling, seated, and action-driven movements. It’s a great set for artists who want to study how the body shifts, bends, and carries weight in motion.

This pack combines clean figure studies with more dynamic, character-driven poses. You’ll find neutral standing references from multiple angles, elegant weight shifts, stretched and twisted silhouettes, kneeling and crouching poses, seated compositions, reclining studies, and energetic movement that helps artists understand how the body changes in motion.

A major part of the collection features a wooden staff, which adds strong prop interaction and gives the poses a martial, ritualistic, and performance-inspired feel. The staff is used for balancing, leaning, turning, reaching, defensive gestures, and more dynamic action, creating interesting lines and silhouettes throughout the pack.

The collection also includes poses with raised legs, extended arms, asymmetric balance, compressed body shapes, floor work, and expressive hand gestures, making it especially useful for gesture drawing and character design.
