📜 Custom End‑User License Agreement (EULA) – Cosmic Harmony Collection

1. Grant of License  The Artist (SeaArt ID: 714ae38ebd17ed47e596c5531306e0be) grants the Buyer a non‑transferable license to use the purchased artwork(s) under the terms defined by the selected license variant (Standard, Extended, or Exclusive).

2. Standard License – Personal Use

• Buyer may use the artwork for personal projects, wallpapers, and non‑commercial prints.

• Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or use in commercial projects is prohibited.

3. Extended License – Commercial Use

• Buyer may use the artwork in commercial projects, including merchandise, posters, book covers, and digital media.

• Redistribution or resale of the original file is prohibited.

• Attribution to the Artist is encouraged but not required.

4. Exclusive Rights – Custom EULA

• Buyer is granted exclusive commercial rights to the artwork.

• Attribution to the Artist (SeaArt ID above) must be maintained in all public uses.

• Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or inclusion in AI training datasets is strictly prohibited.

• The Artist retains moral rights and may showcase the artwork in portfolios, exhibitions, and galleries.

5. Restrictions (All Licenses)

• Buyer may not claim authorship of the artwork.

• Buyer may not use the artwork in defamatory, hateful, or unlawful contexts.

• Buyer may not use the artwork in blockchain/NFT projects without prior written consent.

6. Termination  Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the license, with no refund.

7. Governing Law  This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Artist’s jurisdiction.
