Goblin Timelapse

"Very Normal Paint" is a smart material for Substance Painter that allows you to paint Normal maps seamlessly and live on your model.
This allows you to push your texturing  to new levels of stylization and artistic looks.
Have fun trying new styles with different paint brushes, smudge brushes, or filters.
Above you can see a demo timelapse of how i've painted my goblin using "Very Normal Paint" :)  

Compatibility:
Substance 2021.4.3 / 2022 / 2023 / 2024 / 2025  (tested on all except 2025)
If you need it for a previous version drop me a message and i'll see if i can make it happen.

Installation:
In the files you will find the "Very Normal Paint SM" smart material. To install it, just drag and drop the file in your shelf and you're done.
To make the smart material work there are a couple more passages to go through in Substance Painter and it's all explained step by step in the instruction video included with the purchase.

素晴らしいアセット。動画で２つファイルをダウンロードするようになってる為戸惑うが１つにまとめたようだ。Pdfに細かい点が書いてある（UDIMの設定、ストロークが遅い場合のアドバイス（４Kより２Kで作業した方が良い等）） このプラグインは、スタイライズ風のタッチを描くことができるためとても気に入っている。もしSubstancePainterを持っていて気になったら購入すべきだ

Easy to use, and a lot of fun. Would be surprised of SP themselves didn't make a native tool for this, within the next year. This is such a banger. Have wanted this functionality for a while. Take my moneys. Legend.

Does exactly what it advertises! Easy to set up and use. Only drawback is performance at 4k is unusable and meshes with mirrored tangents seem to be converted incorrectly.

Works amazingly well, and a simple setup that takes no more than 30 seconds. Really awesome way to work and get an really great output! Honestly when I was playing around with it, it was just a ton of fun, very much gave the feeling of painting with light in a way that is reminiscent of sculpting.

Excellent product, requires a minimum of setup but everything is clearly explained. Greatly speeds up the process in the hand-painted/painted-normal workflow, highly recommended!
