END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - PERSONAL & EDUCATIONAL USE Only This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and the creator (the "Licensor") for the digital files comprising this Camera Rig ("Product"). By downloading or using this Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. 

1. GRANT OF LICENSE 

The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product strictly for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.  

2. PERMITTED USES 

You are permitted to use this Product for: • Personal learning, testing, and skill development. • Student projects and academic submissions. • Non-commercial personal portfolio pieces and personal showreels (provided the final output does not generate revenue). 

3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE 

You shall NOT under any circumstances: • Use the Product, or any artwork/renderings created with it, for commercial purposes, client work, paid freelancing, or revenue-generating projects. • Redistribute, resell, sub-license, share, or transfer the Product files (including modified or re-saved versions) to any third party, online database, or clearinghouse platform. • Extract or deconstruct the structural code, underlying script nodes, or network logic to repackage them into a separate commercial tool or resource. 

4. OWNERSHIP 

The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights, copyright, and ownership of the Product. You are purchasing a license to use the tool, not ownership of the asset itself. 

5. TERMINATION 

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Product. 

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or software instability in Maya or any associated pipelines) arising out of the use or inability to use this Product.
