Large modern city 3D model. Each building is unique. Max version includes lighting and cameras, ready to render.  Buildings vary from housing in the suburbs, to taller skyscraper style buildings in the downtown area. Great model for fly-throughs, architectural visualizations or games.

Great multipurpose 3D model (ideal for offline rendering or real time uses such as games or simulation).  Native format is 3ds Max. No plugins required to achieve renders shown above. Texture maps are located in their own zip download. Lighting setup not included. Model built to real world scale - units are meters.
