End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and [Bartosz Nowak] ("Author/Company") regarding the use of the model [Boolean Gun] ("Model"). By downloading, installing, or using the Model, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Model solely for educational purposes. This license is granted free of charge and is strictly for non-commercial personal or internal educational use.
3. Restrictions
The User agrees not to: a. Sell, rent, lease, transfer, or otherwise distribute the Model or use it as part of commercial products; b. Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Model without the express permission of the Company; c. Disassemble, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Model; d. Use the Model in any manner that violates applicable laws.
4. Publication with Modifications
If the Model is published with any modifications, a link to the original or the author’s profile on ArtStation must be included. All modifications must be clearly marked, and the original authorship of the Model must be attributed to [Author/Company].
5. Ownership
The Model is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The User does not acquire ownership of the Model but is granted the right to use it under the terms specified in this Agreement.
6. Updates and Technical Support
The Company may, but is not obligated to, provide updates, upgrades, or fixes for the Model. The User acknowledges that the Company has no obligation to provide technical support.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Model is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from the use or inability to use the Model.
9. Termination
The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the User breaches any terms of the Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease using the Model and delete all copies.
10. General Provisions
a. This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. b. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. c. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements on this subject.
