Sorry, but I REALLY thought this was going to be so great, but I have to admit I am disappointed in this set. There are some useful shots here, though the poses get a bit redundant after a while. I just don't know what it is, but no studio seems to know the difference between an action pose and a ballet pose. It is really frustrating to me at this point. I have tried so many sources of photo references for artists, trying to get good, natural looking action poses, and though there are usually a few good ones, most of them always look like interpretive dance, or ballet moves. I felt many of the poses here seemed to have one arm that was extended too far back, or the position of the forward arm looked awkward, and looked vulnerable in an actual fight. I also didn't get some of the hand gestures to be honest. The lighting on the second model was too dark sometimes, and too much of the body was in shadow. I also felt the angle of the camera could have been better in some shots. Sorry.

Hi Dana! Sorry you didn't like the pack - we actually based the poses on actual comic book covers and strips, they don't tend to be very realistic either. We have products that include more realistic fight scenes, but it wasn't specifically the intention here.
