In this tutorial, I'll show you how to create this Sci-Fi Remote from start to finish. I'll demonstrate my modeling process and cover how/where I use add-ons like BoxCutter, HardOps, MESHmachine and MACHIN3tools. After we finished the model, I'll use DECALmachine to add details to the model.

Really great tutorial. Excellent breakdown of the hard surface addons and a very clear explanation of a Boolean modeling workflow. Really powerful combination of Hardops and Machine addons that make modeling a lot of fun. Would love to see your approach to Gun/weapons also!

Thanks so much, Carol, this is a great way to learn some great hard surface techniques and how valuable and powerful the HardOps collection of tools really are. I also love your decal pack, they are so well designed and work perfectly. I hope you release a part 2 pack soon. It would also be great to have a course on how to design decals so we can make a few custom decals ourselves. I also hope you will be doing more Blender hard surface modeling courses soon.

Great value for a fair price. The creator wastes no time and after an overview over the most useful/commonly used tools and features goes straight into modeling an interesting asset to make use of them. For someone looking to learn Hops/Boxcutter this is an ideal tutorial that leaves nothing having to figure out yourself.
