This is an .sbsar  collection of 5 high quality 2k Brick tileable materials.

For the studio purchase.
You will have full rights for any use commercial or persona use.
You will gain access to the download for each individual substance .sbsar file making it easy to modify or output to any rendering or game engine and assemble your scenes within Substance painter.
I have also included Zip packaged 2K PBR texture sets for each material so you can get working straight away in many engines.

For the  free personal use edition you will get free access to all the PBR texture sets and permission to use in any personal work.

Previews are rendered with Iray inside of substance, all substance materials have displacement included so make sure you turn this feature on in the program once materials are loaded to get the same results.
