This will help you to quickly build your scene. Great for, fantasy, dark fantasy, even for more realistic stuff, down to you, whatever direction you want - go for it.
- Coloring has been kept to a minimum, almost grayscale, that way you can tint it how you like, in shader or in paintover.
- The models are UV textured in the 0-1 space but are collapsed into a single mesh for faster & easier scene construction & snapping > let me know if you prefer individual parts. (note the Unity Game version has individual parts as well as fully constructed prefabs including Collision and 4 LOD levels and 2 example scenes)

A word on modularity
The modularity is designed for as close to a real world sizing as possible whilst still retaining the flexibility needed for working digitally. Anything based on the real world will fit well with this modular system. For example CG, TV and VR. However Standard game design that is not VR will generally prefer a larger modular system (although that is gradually changing)
A modular tile in this system is 300 x 300 x 300 cm - (3mx3mx3m) this is the frame work everything is built upon, any larger than this would be for more standard game development and make everything too big compared with the real world, and this is especially true with VR.
This asset is designed to be used out of the box and positioned FAST, grid snapping and quantizing set to 300cm with rotation snapping to 90 degrees will work best for a large module such as this. - That will make your life easiest, however as you will find it will work well with any logical increment based around the metric system.
