I think the nice render screenshots and description gave me the wrong impression. From what I've seen, most if not all of these models were scanned and not actually modelled. What's more, the scaling is very random, and materials have not been set up. No MTL files, so I had to set up everything myself. Fairly annoying when there's a lot of assets in this pack. For that price, you could argue it's acceptable and my own fault for not reading other people's reviews. I would recommend not buying, unless you enjoy spending a lot of time setting up this pack before using it. In my opinion, the owner could have atleast set up a blender file with all the assets ready-to-go inside.

I mean, for the price it's hard to knock, but the delivery of the product is a shambles. Every object is a seperate .obj file to be imported. None of which come with mtl files so you have to build every shader manually. Still not done though, as all the models are wild scales, in Blender at least. They are all over the place and some are mountainous. So scaling them all to real-world is a must to finish. Also, I decided to just not import the flora items though as they seem pretty whack. A shame, as it is quite a lot of decent models (the quality varies mind you) for a very fair price. If only more care had be taken with the delivery.

The new update for blender asset browser is perfect, you'll just need to find missing textures, pack, unpack each 4 files so you get the textures nicely organized in a folder, but that's quite easy. Then I adviser asset wizzard to generate nicer Cycles previews. Assets are in collections so that's really optimized for memory, but would be better if they were on a grid to be more navigable in the asset files, (you can set offsets for collections pivot in the collection tab, so col instacnes get a nice pivot.)
