SciFi BASE BUILDER // Core Pack

Base Builder – Core Pack is the foundational release in a modular sci-fi base building series, focused on creating bases and outposts. The assets are designed as a flexible foundation, allowing users to build, expand, and customize their own structures with ease.

Pack Contents:

• 294 individual modular elements designed for kitbashing
• 22 Connector Assemblies
• 6 Entrance Assemblies
• 10 Container Assemblies
• 7 Building Assemblies

Technical Overview:

• Geometry: Mid-Poly, Non-SubD ( Tris and Quads, No Ngons )
• UVs: All objects fully unwrapped and packed into 0–1 UV space
• Materials: Simple PBR materials created in Substance Designer
• File Formats: FBX, OBJ, Blend ( Blender version 4.3.2 )
• Textures: 4k packed inside .blend file, 2k provided as a separate zip
