I have been working in the film and game industry for 11 years
This video tutorial is the complete production process of making this fan art character from arknight,called "Nearl"
And its running realtime in marmoset
The production time for the characters in the video totaled nearly 40 hours. After editing, repetitive operations were processed using little time-lapse. The final course with full narration runs approximately 27 hours!
With my commentary all the way in English. As you can tell, I'm not a native English speaker, I tried my best in the tutorial.
This tutorial includes all of the making process: finding reference, blocking, sculpting, cloth making, hard surface modeling, UV, texturing,realtime hair making and rendering
The software used includes Maya, DAZ studio, Zbrush, Marvelous designer, rizomUV, substance painter, marmoset
