So this is a well done set of props--probably VERY good if you buy through FAB and use the one they've created everything for for Unreal. If you use Blender, though: 1. The meshes are properly named, look like good, clean geometry to my eye, and, importantly have the origins in the right places. People miss this all the time for some reason. The creator got it right. 2. There are a few cases where you have to duplicate a mesh and then clone the texture to use an alternate set of images. Not a big deal. But that could be easier. 3. The real problem is that the textures are all included (and reasonably clearly named) but do NOT follow the Node-Wrangler naming conventions so you have to go into the files and manually create each texture (unless there's a way to do this I'm missing ). This is an unfortunate great deal of work for a modestly highly priced set of assets. They look excellent and they're something I've been looking for--but, uh, lot of unexpected work.
