I created this brush set to emulate traditional charcoal and graphite drawings.

As of V4 This Set Includes

20 charcoal imitation brushes with custom brush patterns made from scanning real graphite and charcoal.
5 mixer brushes for smudging
Choose between tool preset .tpl and .abr format.

A variety of charcoal/graphite brushes ranging from tight to abstract and messy. Mixer brushes are in the .tpl version of the brushes as the .abr format doesn't store the mixer brush tool settings.

For reference the PC specs I use these brushes with are AMD FX 8350 cpu, 12GB DDR3 ram, GTX 960 graphics card.

Release Notes

Overhauled and updated, mixer brushes now used instead of smudge tool.

I'm a total novice at art and more so digital. but i have to ay, so far, this brush pack i'm getting used to and i love it. favourite brushes are "01 DRAW render main" and "05 Draw vertical graphite". the shapes created are intuitive and encourage creative application for blocking in or styling hair and form shadow shapes.

I liked these so much, I went and bought all the other packs by Fausto, and they were are great. So pleased! Works fine in Clip Studio Paint (but not with tpl of course). Very joyous pack.
