The good: An impressive arrangement of extreme poses. A stunning neck. A lot of carefully chosen angles that showcase anatomical details I have not seen so thoroughly done to date. The bad: The wide angle of the camera makes this a little difficult to use as a beginner's art reference, as body parts are constantly changing size and warping relative to camera distance. The poses are quite rigid, and while good at showcasing anatomy, are not too artistic.

Very good reference for female figure action poses and anatomy, neutral background helps, lighting could be more directional to help see form.

If you tried drawing female figure, you know anatomy book doesn't help you much. Because of the lack of muscle mass, you need a guideline to show you which muscles disappear and which muscles remain on the female. And this one does it nicely. She is probably a ballerina, very beautiful poses. I really love her flying shots.

First impressions are that it's a good set, I like those same pose from rotating angles, lets you understand the pose. The only thing I'd have liked to see are some shots taken both high up looking down, and some low level shots looking up---both give a bit more variety and add to the understanding of the poses.
