• General

This is a 3d model of a san marzano tomato, prince de bretagne. It was scanned and prepared for photorealistic renderings, close-ups, stills, and animation. The tomato model is ready to be inserted into your scene out of the box.

• Meshes

The tomato model is presented as a single mesh in 2 versions: low and high. Mesh is quad based. The base low model polycount is 985. Low and High detail models are included in .max and .obj formats. The high-detail model has 252k quads.

• Materials

.max 2017 files come with Corona 6 and Vray 4.3 materials. Other versions have basic materials, so you must adjust them in connection with your particular software.

• Textures

5 maps are supplied with this model. 8192×8192 PNGs and downsampled versions in 2048×2048 JPGs. The maps include ao, diffuse, glossiness, normal, and displacement(tif). A 16K diffuse texture is also included. The tomato fruit model is uvw unwrapped.

• Formats

The original file was created in 3ds Max 2017 with Corona and Vray materials (6 and 4.3). You will receive a 3DS, OBJ, LWO, FBX, SKP, C4D, 3DM, STL and MAX file(2017).

• Information

All preview images were rendered with Corona. You will get only the tomato, not the scenes used for preview renders. Please also take into consideration that the preview images are the result of the post-production and the look of the tomato 3d model in your scene may differ due to the specific ic settings of your own scene. The product is ready to render out-of-the-box. Please that the lights, cameras, and any background not described above objects are not included in the product. The model is clean and alone in the provided files, centered at the origin, and has a real-world scale.
