It's decent.
And it's only decent and not more, because - as many other reference packs from him and others - too many pictures are basically repeated. There doesn't seem to be a focus to get the same animal from different angles, just seems to happen. And then those are repeated.
This critique applies to all of their products here atm.
And as with others, these images can be compressed more. It seems all of them are uncompressed, where the quality of the lense or sensor doesn't really yield the details that would even need it. The quality is good, don't get me wrong, but they can be compressed without loosing any detail (I've done it and halved the size). It seems to me that the number of images and size is the advertisement, without warranting either. It seems insincere.
Because of this I am not happy with my purchase. Wait for a sale, the number and size makes it seem more than it is.

This reference pack is excellent. Many different animals and lighting scenarios and I love how much scale detail there is. Very helpful for me learning how to paint reptiles, thank you!

LOVE these. The variety of reptiles is great, details like scales and color patterns are preserved, and many of the photos have wonderful compositions that could also be used to inspire illustration compositions!
