The files contains a high poly decimated model from Z Brush and a very low poly model of the coin, both models are textured and shaded, the Maya scene contains lights and ready to render with Arnold.
The high poly model is textured with a diffuse texture while the low poly model is textured with diffuse and normal map to give the low poly details. i hope you like it :)
