Single User Freelance - Commercial

• The texture pack may be used in creation of assets delivered to a client, provided the end result is not intended to be a texture pack, texture library or similar
• Raw Images may be altered, used as painting elements or embedded into an asset delivered to a client provided the client's project is not under a Open Source License (Creative Common License)
• The texture pack can NOT be made available for use on a company network accessed by multiple people.
• Raw or slightly altered Images may NOT be embedded into a model, texture pack or application available under the Creative Common Licenses.

Indie Team (1-10) - Commercial

• The texture pack may be used in creation of assets created within your team provided the end result is not intended to be a texture pack, texture library or similar that is distributed outside of the team
• The texture pack may be placed on a network location available to your team (1-10)
• Raw Images may be altered, used as painting elements or embedded into an asset provided the End Product is not under a Open Source License (Creative Common etc.).
• Raw or slightly altered Images may NOT be embedded into a model, texture pack or application available under the Creative Common Licenses.

Studio - Commercial

• The texture pack may be used in creation of assets created within your studio provided the end result is not intended to be a texture pack or texture library
• A studio is defined as a local entity within one geographical location (ZIP Code). Outsource Partner or satellite studios are not covered.
• The texture pack may be placed on a network location available to artists within one studio (one geographical location).
• Raw or slightly altered Images may NOT be embedded into a model, texture pack or application available under the Creative Common Licenses.
