Grafit Studio makes some of the best action reference around, and this is a free, short sample of one of their most dynamic sets. It's basically its own category of poses that I'm not sure exists anywhere else, worth getting just for that. If you work in games or comics, you know how hard it is to find reference that looks convincingly mid-motion rather than obviously static posing. Check out this pack to get an idea of how Grafit delivers on strenuous, dynamic, and varied action poses across wildly different situations. While it still depends on the individual set, they are generally a cut above everyone else in poses and angles. And you'd better believe they bring that same work ethic to more causal poses, too.

The concept for this set is such a brilliant and creative way to get certain tytpes of action shot, and it's really useful to have these samples to appreciate the attention to detail in the posing and curating of these shots. it's easy to forget the glass is even there- no glare, no weird foreshortening, no forbidden angles. the model is fantastic- expressive and believable throughout.
