UV mappings are messed up on all of the FBX files as well as seam splitting all over the outfit. The materials are messy and unorganized as well.

I did reach out to help with your issues. The materials are just diffuse colours, not sure how they are messy or unorganized. They are set out as UDIMS/Tiles so that may be confusing you. The seam splitting is where the actual seams are of the garment, it's normal and usable. But can be welded if you know how. The FBX files are removed for now, they for some reason didn't export the UV tiles correctly so thank you for pointing that out. You can however load the MD file and re-export as FBX if need be.
