This is one of my projects. I tried to visualize Rivendell lord of the Rings (J. R. R. Tolkien's 1937 painting of Rivendell) in 3D. 100% of the entire scene is created by me and all the assets except trees and plants are created by me. For buildings, I inspired by other artists such as Nhan Le

The product consists of these things:
1- Animated trees which you can migrate to other UE projects. Wind animation can be changed by their materials just make sure every single parameter has to be the same as the bark material except color or albedo controls ofc.
2- There are niagra particle effects for falling leaves and flying dandelion seeds.
3- There is a flying bird niagra effect.
4- There are sound effects in the scene when you enter a region there is different sound comes from the source.
5- The scene consists of two different times, daytime and night time so some material colors, sound effects, and lightings are different.
6- The collision of buildings and some parts are not set well be aware of them.
7- Three different mountains which are 1k resolution created in Gaea and our 4k resolution main landscape. Their flow, erosion, etc. maps are included.
8- All the building assets are included in the blender folder as well. All UVs of the assets have already been generated and every single part has a name.
The project can be used in games I get around 30fps at epic scalability and in some places, performance can decrease to 26-27 fps with my RTX3070. Therefore, be aware of the overall performance of the scene.
This is my second biggest project so I've been improving myself and through my journey I want to sell my projects to be encouraged by the community.
