What did I change from Dmitriy's original images?
1. Added tiling through Substance Designer
2. Created a smart material to easily cycle through the tiling alphas.

2. x1 SBSAR file with exposed variables (SBSAR)
Note: The SBSAR contains several exposed values, some adjustment might be required to achieve desired results.
