I'm learning how to sculpt in 3D. I've been at it for about 4 months now and I got everything to a level that I'm comfortable with-- except hair. This tutorial helped a lot when it comes to creating and styling the hair, but if I want to take this back to Zbrush to add to my model (which was the reason for my purchase) this tutorial will not help. Any steps I attempted to do this didn't work either, which included converting the interactive groom to a description, and trying to create a geo to import. Maya will freeze and/or crash and my computer is very beefy. If you know how to add the hair to a model, this tutorial is great.

A straight forward concise tutorial, which delivers a very useful process to attain enough knowledge to generate your own specific hairstyles with ease. I was skeptical at first, with it having no voice directing you through the process, but that was soon quashed. An extremely good value tutorial, which breaks down the processes need to develop hair effectively in ZBrush & Xgen. If I need any further guidance on hair, I will be buying more of Alberto's tutorials.
