*ONLY FOR ZBRUSH 4R8 OR HIGHER**
Zbrush Toon Shader EX Plus V3 is a Zbrush Material that creates a cel shaded look inside the viewport. This new update features a completely overhauled version of the first shader with more accurate colors and highlights. Either using polypaint or diffuse textures it will create a live toon shaded look on your mesh inside zbrush. You can freely rotate the light as well as apply the different shaders to individual pieces of your character to get a more next gen look. This can be useful if you're working on a cel shaded game and need to see that look on your high res while sculpting. This one is carefully tuned in every regard to get the closest look to most cel shaded games.
This package comes with 3 Materials: Glossy, Non-glossy, and Metal
Also included: 4 lighting presets. You can move around your pointlight in the light menu or you can choose to load one of my 4 presets.
**IMPORTANT: YOU MUST MANUALLY ADD IN THE OUTLINE ON YOUR END!**
This is extremely simple to do! :)
Just go to "Material>Mixer>Set "Outline" to 1 and "Depth" to 3. (The lower the number the larger the outline)
(I have also provided an image of the settings in the images folder included.)
To install the materials just drop them in
"Program Files (x86)\Pixologic\ZBrush (version number) \ZStartup\Materials"
To load up a light preset: Click "Light>Load" and select one of the 3 provided.
**Sometimes the colors may seem washed out when you apply this shader. If that's the case just reduce the Diffuse and Specular sliders in the Material>Modifiers Menu to your liking.**
**Also If your mesh has polypaint, you can just use the standard fill for material "Color> Fill Object" . But if it has a texture map then use the fill option under "Texture>Fill>Fill Mat" to see it apply on top of your texture map"
** If you have already purchased V1 from Gumroad this will be a free update, if you did not get the update please email me directly at email@example.com **
Thanks so much and have fun with this!
