Windows 10 only - Added 'Windowed Experimental' Version, subject to crashing or losing surface memory, save images before moving the window.

NEW C64 auto cleanup:

C64 mode now has a built in converter :)

Known issues: 

After merging layers opacity edges can be seen on new strokes (still finding this difficult to fix!)

Merging layers together (mousewheel) forgets draw order in memory.

Tablet proportions broken if you have multiple monitors - Temporary solution, unplug power to secondary monitors
