Some objects are packed in a zip, because they have the texture catalog structure preserved together with the object, which should facilitate working with the finished model.
The files are sometimes repeated because their versions were created by different methods, e.g. fbx are created by exporting from the source program and to it separately basic textures, and the fbx version with built-in full PBR texturing built with the object.
