2. Import OBJ File

3. Select Use Uv Tile Workflow

4. Preserve Uv Tile

5. Ok, then import texture maps 

If you don't know how to import texture maps or alpha, you can watch tutorials on youtube or search on google

Maximum resolution of texture maps = 4096 x 4096 ( for some parts )
